It's been 10 years since the Ghostface killer terrorized movie houses, but he's back next April in "Scream 4." And in a refreshing change from the remakes and reboots of horror franchises we've seen lately, this new chapter reunites stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, along with the director and writer of the original "Scream," to continue the series while also giving it some fresh blood.


Joining the returning veterans in "Scream 4" is a big cast of new stars. Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody, Anthony Anderson, Marley Shelton, Rory Culkin, and Alison Brie all play roles in the fourth chapter. Plus, Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell appear in what's rumored to be this installment's version of the shocking opening scene that's a trademark of the "Scream" series.

"Scream 4" will slash its way onto movie screens on April 15, 2011.

A Tip To Avoid Wasting a Frame

Many new (and even sometimes old and experienced) Holga users will take photos with the lens cap on. That's fine, but here is the real crime...They advance the film as soon as they have seen that they took a picture with the lens cap on; They feel they have made a mistake!

But Wait there a second boys and girls!

With the lens cap on, the Holga will have captured nothing but darkness, so there will be nothing on it at all. Its like taking a photo in a completely dark room. The film won't capture any light.

Therefore you can save your own error quite easily. Take the lens cap off, and you still have the frame in tact to use.

A frame is not wasted when you take a shot with the lens cap on, so do not advance!

Preparing For a Weekend of Lomography!

I wanna share some tips dat i read from GO HOLGA...usefull meh ;)

• Get Some Film

First off, if your going out with your Holga, you are going to need some film! Make sure you have stocked up way before the weekend. Its really frustraiting for me, realising I don't have any film on Saturday morning. It puts a real halt to proceedings, as it means I have to go to town and visit the only shop I know that sells film. This usually ends up taking up half a day...

Even if it means going online, and buying in bulk, you'll still get it before the weekend if you get it done early. 

• Check Your Camears Over

Next stop, make sure you check over your cameras. Check that they are all working properly, and that you haven't lost any parts for them on your last trip. Hold them up to the light and check shutter speeds. Check that your batteries (if you have any) are working properly, and finally give it a bit of a clean. They like to know their loved! 

• Get Spares 

You don't want anything to go wrong over the weekend, so get  spare batteries, spare tape and again, film. Running out of any of these things is a real pain in the neck if you go to a tourist attraction that is slap bang in the middle of nowhere.

• Get some inspiration 

I love motivating people to get out and use the Holga, so do it now damn it! Also look around Flickr and other photography websites to see what people are up to. You might just get the little piece of inspiration that you need, and then you are set to go!

• Check the weather

This is the probably one of the first things that you should do. Go and check the weather for the weekend so you know if you can get out, and so you know what film speed you need to buy. 

• Look for events 

If you want to get out but don't know what to shoot, have a look around for some local events. and remember to take your camera along.

LOMO? maybe ade yang penah dengar n tao..but still ramai je yang belum tao...aku sendiri bukan la lomographer yang berjaya..baru je jinak2 pakai holga tapi aku OBSES dengan dunia lomo..on je lappy mesti nak baca pasal lomo...tengok contoh2 gambar n stuff.Meh aku kasi tunjuk sket contoh2 kamera LOMO;
